Well, we survived our first Sunday Mass all together and Cora was the only one who cried! Phew.

During this pregnancy I ordered one of these (recommended in a comment on this post) for some postpartum abdominal support and so far- I only wish that I'd thought to look for something sooner! Getting dressed is so tricky when you're fighting the battle of the bulge, so having some support definitely helps when it comes to...reining in the belly in order to fit into things of the non-maternity persuasion.
FYI, the, uh, *girdle* I purchased is a little pricey but they were running a 30% off sale for Memorial Day, plus offering a free support tank (which I wore the first several pp days instead of the girdle) and free shipping, so if you're thinking of buying from Bellefit wait until there's a sale!
Linking up with Rosie for My Sunday Best!

Love your outfit! I haven't tried support while in pregnant, but I've been told by several people that I really should. Maybe next time around I'll actually listen....lol

ReplyDeleteI used belly support during my last pregnancy. It was a big help.... And never pp. Maybe I should now?
ReplyDeleteWhich one did you get? Dual closure? Corset?
Love your outfit. Inspo again!
Okay, talk to me about the girdle. I've been considering it postpartum this time around, but wasn't sure if it was worth the price or if it was even helpful. Which one did you get? How often do you wear it?
ReplyDeleteOh man, your game-changer is totally magical! You look so awesome - I'm tempted to try that this time around... I tried a wrap-style belly binding but it took so darned long to put on that I rarely wore it, so I don't think it did any good.
ReplyDeleteI have two Bellefit girdles that I got after my third child was born. They made me look so much better but man, were they hard to wear! Especially after I sized down, and they sent me the one that zipped up the side. It left tracks in my skin, it dug in so hard. But seeing how you look makes me want to put it on and grin and bear it!
ReplyDeleteI love your outfit, btw.
You don't even look like you just gave birth. I am loving all these highwaisted looks people are rocking and anything with chambray makes me swoon these days. so cute. Your hair is really cute as well. I wish I could ever get mine to do ANYthing. :)
ReplyDeleteI love that outfit. And umm, you look amazing! I can't believe you just had a baby. Congrats on the little one. She's beautiful!
